At Obi-Hub, operated by Palmr Style & Co LLC d/b/a Threadbird, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. We believe in keeping things simple and straightforward.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Obi-Hub for any reason during your first 30 days of paid service, simply contact us at support@obi-hub.app and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
After the initial 30-day period, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions canceled after the initial 30-day period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused full months of the subscription term. Please contact support to discuss your specific situation.
4. Storage Add-ons
Purchases of additional storage add-ons follow the same refund policy as your underlying subscription tier.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel your account, please email us at support@obi-hub.app from the email address associated with your Obi-Hub account. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
