Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the guidelines and restrictions for using Obi-Hub, operated by Palmr Style & Co LLC d/b/a Threadbird. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these rules.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Obi-Hub to upload, store, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is Illegal: Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringes Intellectual Property: Content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You must own or have the necessary licenses to use all designs, logos, and images you upload.
• Is Harmful or Malicious: Content that contains viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful code designed to disrupt or damage computer systems or data.
• Is Abusive or Harassing: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or abuse against any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Is Explicit or Obscene: Content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent.

2. Prohibited Activities

When using Obi-Hub, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access or accessing accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to use.
• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the platform, its servers, or its networks.
• Scraping or Data Mining: Using automated means (such as bots, spiders, or scrapers) to extract data from the platform without our express permission.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited commercial messages or spam to other users.

3. Enforcement and Reporting

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor your use of the platform and the content you upload to ensure compliance with this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

• Removing the prohibited content.
• Suspending or terminating your account.
• Reporting the violation to law enforcement authorities.
